Ellie Hartley

Ellie Hartley is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience spanning business administration, EA/PA support, leadership management, event planning, and client relationship management. Based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Ellie has honed her expertise across diverse industries, including hospitality, retail, economics, entertainment, and office administration.

A self-motivated and detail-oriented leader, Ellie is known for her integrity, transparency, and commitment to exceeding client expectations. She is passionate about seeing projects through from concept to completion, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering results that surpass expectations.

In 2019, Ellie founded Virtuellie, an award-winning, Australian-owned virtual assistant agency. Initially a solo venture, Virtuellie expanded into an agency model in 2022 under her leadership. Today, Ellie and her team of skilled Australian virtual assistants provide exceptional virtual business support, empowering clients to focus on their professional and personal goals. By addressing operational challenges and freeing up time, Virtuellie ensures clients can prioritise what they love most.

Ellie's inspiration for creating Virtuellie stemmed from her desire to achieve a better work-life balance for herself and her family. A devoted mother of two boys, she actively participates in their sports and has been a key figure in their school community, serving as President or Vice President of the PFA for the past seven years and Team Manager for her eldest son’s soccer team the last three years.

Ellie holds dual diplomas in Events and Business Management and Clothing Industry Studies. Her dedication to fostering growth extends beyond her agency; she is a passionate advocate for the virtual industry. Ellie supports its development and education as a Board Member of Australian Virtual Industry Professionals Limited (AVIP) and Co-Founder of Virtual Network Victoria.

Through her work, Ellie remains steadfast in her mission to nurture relationships, empower others, and drive success for her team, clients, and the broader virtual assistant community.

Ellie is also passionate about the advocacy and representation of the Virtual Assistant Industry and is a member of the board of AVIP - a member centred company that focuses on supporting its members to deliver quality client services along with the accreditation of virtual industry service providers within the Australian virtual professionals industry.

In addition to the above, Ellie is also a founding member of Virtual Network Victoria (VNV) a community for Victorian virtual workers to support, collaborate and connect with one another. You can connect with VNV via the links below.
